Warranty
As conditions or methods of use, including storage, are beyond our control Associated Industries Inc. does not assume any responsibility for the performance of any material purchased through the online store material for any particular use. All materials on the online store are sold “as is”. Associated Industries Inc disclaims and buyer waives any and all implied warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for particular use.
Refunds & Returns
Customer is responsible for all outbound shipping charges resulting from items ordered in error. Items can only be returned in unopened containers or packages determined to be in saleable condition at the discretion of Associated Industries Inc. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise; otherwise there will be 35% restocking charge. Under no circumstances will resins be accepted for return more than 20 days after the date of sale. No products may be returned more than 30 days after the date of sale. Notify our Customer Service Department for instructions and authorization. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and request that all items be returned within 10 days of issuance of that number. Hazardous material can rarely be returned by UPS or FedEx after delivery. These carriers will only accept packages shipped by an authorized IATA certified shipper. Refused packages, however, will be returned to us at our expense. Customers wishing to return hazardous material ordered in error will be responsible for all freight charges incurred in the return. These charges are usually significant.
Lead Time
Some of these items have extended lead times, if the item is in stock at the time of your order it will ship within 48 hours of Associated receiving the order. Otherwise normal lead-times will apply. If there is a question about lead-times please call 316-264-6311 and speak to a customer service representative.
International Ordering
All international order must be placed by phone or email. NO orders will be accepted through the online store.
