Our Job Shop manufacturing plant in California is able to combine a variety of materials using multiple laminating processes. We will engineer and manufacture your custom laminates through a combination of thousands of substrates. Performance options include, but are not limited to: moisture barriers or breathable laminates, increased durability, thermo -formable, soft hand or increased rigidity, non-skid, and insulation. Deccofelt can laminate widths up to 74″.
Die-Cutting & Slitting
Deccofelt can custom die-cut and slit goods into a variety of shapes and sizes. From hobby & craft felt die-cuts, to protective bumpers, and medical products to high performance automotive parts, we will engineer and manufacture a solution. Deccofelt can slit rolls to 48″ in diameter and up to 84″ wide. We die-cut small intricate parts, yet have the capacity to die-cut parts as large as 40″ x 60″. Deccofelt’s custom rotary and steel rule flat bed die cutting services can die-cut products to your specifications. Die-cut parts can be supplied individually die-cut and packaged or kiss-cut on rolls of release liner with trim removed. Slit rolls of materials are slit to customer’s specified width and length.
