Product Overview
Light Weight Bonding Compound – General purpose bonding/filling material. Ideal for applications where light weight and low cost are important.
Radius Compound – Excellent for filling tight radii. The product can be applied directly behind the gel coat.
Core Bonding Compound – Provides high strength bond between the laminate and the core (wood, balse or PVC). Saves money over competing products.
Pourable Ceramic Compound – Successfully being used as a core material in powerboats. Enables improved quality and reduced material cost. But its big plus is that is saves labor and reduces cycle time.
Fairing Compounds – Arjay fairing compounds drag smoothly, cure tack free and sand easily. Cost less than competing products. 1301 is high viscosity and stackable compared to 1201.
Medium Weight Bonding Compound – General purpose bonding/filling material. It stays put to minimize waste.
Hi-Fibe Sandable – This is a versatile product for bonding in FRP laminates. The high glass fiber content and tough teraphthalic resin make this product a high performance bonding compound.
J-CORE Ultra Light Compound – At less that 5 lbs/gallon and the a semi-pourable viscosity, J-Core can save weight and cost in a wide range of applications including hatches, hard tops and strakes.
High Strength VE Compound – Originally formulated for boding windmill blade halves, this product is finding uses in many industrial and high performance marine applications.
